Are staff DBS Certified?
Yes. All staff have undergone thorough DBS Checks and hold certificates in training relevant to our course delivery.
How can I register more than one child on a course or session?
You will be asked how many children (up to 3) you are registering on the form.
How long after submitting a joining form will I receive a response?
VoxPro Sessions or the organisation your child attends will usually email at least two weeks before the course starts, with either: a confirmation of your child’s place on a course or an alternative offer (if courses are full). You may be contacted close to or after the course start date if a place becomes available
(for week 2 to week 5).
How can I find the venue where the course is held?
All information relating to the course (including the venue’s location and contact details), will be sent in the email that confirms your child’s place or via the organisation your child(ren) attends.

My child will be turning 8 or 12 during the course, can they still join?
My child will be turning 8 or 12 during the course, can they still join?
Yes. If you can provide proof of their age such as a birth certificate, we can offer your child a place. We will ask to see this proof when you arrive with your child/children for the first session. We will not keep a copy of this proof to comply with GDPR Laws.
Can my child participate in the starter course, if they have no previous experience in singing or performance?
The starter course is designed for aspiring singers and music enthusiasts. No previous experience is needed as this course is about building confidence for what hopefully is the start of your child's musical journey.
